Process of patient admission and continuation of treatment
With greetings and best wishes
After the patient enters the clinic, the IPD expert guides the patient to the IPD office
The expert welcomes the patient and gives the necessary explanations about the service packages to the patient
If the patient wishes to receive the service, the patient is referred to the IPD doctor’s room and the IPD doctor completes the IHR form for him after examining the patient
If the patient has no problems, the patient’s physical condition is evaluated by the IPD nurse and a file is created for him.
The patient is referred to the relevant specialist accompanied by the IPD expert.
After the specialized services are performed, the patient is assessed for satisfaction by the treating physician.
The patient completes the satisfaction form and if there is any dissatisfaction, the matter is transferred to the head of the IPD for review.
After the patient’s work is completed, the bill in the patient’s language along with educational tips and a summary form of the case is given to the patient.
After the patient is discharged and returns to the country of origin, the patient is in contact with the expert through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and email and can ask any questions about his treatment process.
