At the third consultation meeting of Iran Zamin Clinic, held in Tir 1404 (July 2025), we hosted various members of our organization from different units. In this meeting, held with the aim of improving service quality, representatives from the treatment, reception, public relations, and management units attended to discuss and exchange views on current processes in a professional and friendly atmosphere.
Our main goal in holding this consultation meeting was to receive direct feedback from our frontline colleagues. Clinic managers believe there is no better resource for improving service quality than the opinions of the staff. For this reason, at this Iran Zamin Clinic consultation meeting, we placed special emphasis on hearing suggestions regarding treatment and administrative processes.
One of the most important topics of the meeting was collaborative thinking about strategies to improve service quality. In this regard, we highlighted the importance of active staff participation in accurately informing patients. We also emphasized updating patient information, discipline in follow-up processes, and producing effective content for social media.
In another part of this consultation meeting, our colleagues raised suggestions for improving the work environment. They offered suggestions regarding better shift planning and more effective patient interaction, which management reviewed. These interactions reflect our clinic's dynamic organizational culture.
At Iran Zamin Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic, we always strive to expand a collaboration-oriented organizational culture built on respect and listening by holding regular consultation meetings. We deeply believe that listening to our staff's voice is the first step toward patient satisfaction.
